About Jonathan Feniak
As a lifelong learner, Jonathan has successfully progressed through multiple careers before practicing law. Jonathan started in the shipping industry as an undergrad where he quickly became a New York City District Operations Manager for the international delivery firm DHL. Working in Manhattan, Jonathan was responsible for three facilities with hundreds of employees. While working at DHL and raising a family, Jonathan earned an MBA and transitioned into the financial services sector with Wells Fargo Advisors and several boutique investment firms. Jonathan became well-versed in everything from deal structuring and asset management to life insurance and annuities.
Jonathan might have remained in the financial services sector were it not for a startling realization that the average person or business owner has deep unmet needs when it comes to the law. Most of us need a reliable source of legal advice but don't have the funds (or the need) to keep an attorney on retainer.
Driven by a desire to address this unmet need, Jonathan attended University of Denver's highly rated Sturm College of Law. His first position was with the promising legal tech startup (Term Scout) and later at the law firm of Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese.
In all of these positions, Jonathan has helped business owners at nearly every level and in nearly every industry with asset protection, estate planning, and business formation.
These experiences led Jonathan to his current roles as owner of Feniak Consulting Group LLC, an attorney with Cloud Peak Law Group, P.C., and founder of The Things We Do PR, LLC, dba Company Sage.
