BACKGROUND

About Jonathan

I'm a Wyoming and Colorado licensed attorney (J.D., M.B.A.) who came to law after two successful careers in logistics and financial services.

Before law school, I spent years as a District Operations Manager for DHL in Manhattan, overseeing three facilities and hundreds of employees. I later moved into financial services, working with Wells Fargo Advisors and several boutique investment firms on everything from deal structuring to asset management.

What brought me to law was a simple realization: most business owners have real legal needs but don't have the funds—or the need—to keep an attorney on retainer. They deserve straightforward advice from someone who understands how businesses actually run.

I earned my J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (Order of the Coif) and have since helped thousands of founders launch and maintain their businesses through my work with Cloud Peak Law Group, P.C. and my own practice, Feniak Consulting Group LLC.

I believe everyone has the right to protect their assets and their privacy. When we work together, I focus on strategic, actionable advice—not theory. And I always consider the realities of running a business, not just what looks good on paper.
